On Tuesday, June 22nd, a welcome cocktail will take place at the Madrid City Hall, courtesy by Ayuntamiento de Madrid (for delegates and accompanying persons).

Participants are kindly requested to go directly to the city hall at 07.00 pm sharp.

Formal wear is requested.

On Wednesday, June 23rd, a visit to the Reina Sofia Museum is scheduled (for delegates and accompanying persons).

Departure at 06.45 pm from the venue.

Please note that after the visit, no transfer will be provided for the return.

On Thursday, June 24th the conference dinner will take place in the Westin Palace Hotel (for delegates and accompanying persons).

Departure at 07.30 pm from the Husa Moncloa Hotel.

Transfer will be provided for the return.
